THE
AXS VALUE CARD and the AXS KIDZ CARD
To become a member,
fill up the official registration forms
available in authorized and accredited AXS
counters, outlets or representatives. There
are different registration forms for the
AXS Value card and the
AXS Kidz Card.
Submit these forms
to any official AXS counters
or to any authorized AXS representative
for validation and processing . Membership
fee is P300.00 valid for one whole year,
renewable and non-transferable.
